For Best Results:

  • Try to attend two classes a week minimum.
  • Students should arrive 10 minutes before class starts.
  • Let the school know if you will be missing more than a week of classes.
  • Repetition is the mother of all skills, repeat all requirements as many times as possible.
  • Be generous with others and strict with yourself.
  • You are competing against yourself, not others.
  • If you have problems or would like extra help do not hesitate to consult with any instructors.
  • You may attend lower ranking classes, but must practice lower belt requirements, or practice on your own.
  • Apply the student commitment in everyday life.
