Private Lessons



  Private lessons involve individually customized training routines, one-on-one with an instructor. Private training will give you the chance to achieve your personal goals faster. If you want to get into shape, lose weight, get stronger and healthier, maybe improve your existing techniques, or just because it's fun and you prefer the personal treatment, private lessons -- Muay Thai or Tae Kwon do -- is the way to go.
